I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel for a business trip and I cannot recommend it enough. The location of this place was perfect, with the tram stop right in front of the building and a supermarket just across the street. It only took me a short 16-minute tram ride to get to work, making my commute hassle-free. Additionally, there were plenty of bars and restaurants along the nearby Fitzroy Street, perfect for enjoying a meal after a long day. The room itself was impeccable, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and a dining table. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests I had.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the tram line and central to St Kilda's main areas. It is just opposite the tram stop, making it convenient to travel around the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary fittings. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful.
The soundproofing in the hotel could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a world-class spa onsite and a range of excellent restaurants within a short distance. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to St Kilda's main areas, including Albert Park and the Palais theatre.

The apartment was spacious with plenty of light and a nice view of the park. The location was great, with easy access to the city, beach, and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mid-stay change of bedding and generous supply of clean towels were appreciated.

Easy to find, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Close to restaurants and bars, within walking distance of a popular rooftop bar. Quiet location for a relaxing stay. Comfy bed and bonus spacious bathtub.
